Dear Mrs. Milan
The Chairman and Chief Directors of the Company has been making a researching and evaluation about the performance of your work during last six months of the years and the conclusion was, the performance did not have the quality and the efficiency unlike past years.

The low performances has occurred during the months of January and June, in those months your performance and development were evaluated and the graphics show us that your work does not count with the quality enough to fulfil the necessary demands, actually, the principal reason is the continuously absents (on January 4th, 5th and 17th, also February 2nd, 9th and 15th) and also the late arrivals to the job (on March 2nd, 10th, 18th, 22nd and 31st, on April 5th, 13th and 20th, and finally on June 1st, 3rd, 14th, 22nd and 28th)

If the low performance is not improved during a reasonable period of time, you will be fired immediately with no regrets.
